Emergency Plumbing Service in Wichita

Dear Wichita Plumbing,

In the past, I have had many different random emergencies when it comes to plumbing. I have dealt with a broken pipe, an overflowing toilet, and a broken water heater. I have tried many different companies in the past that claim they will service someone twenty four hours a day. Sadly, this really was not the case. I would call them in the middle of the night do to a broken pipe and it would take them hours to get to my home. In fact, it took a particular company six hours to show up to my home when this pipe broke. Obviously, when a pipe is broken there will be flooding and serious damage done. Waiting another six hours for this so called emergency plumber to show up was quite a problem. I see on your website that you also offer twenty four hours a day emergency plumbing service. I was just wondering if this is actually true and if so, how many people are really on call each night for such services?

Here at Wichita Plumbing, we completely understand your past problems with emergency plumbers. Many companies claim that they are always available, but then they have no plumbers on call or do not even bother to answer your phone call. This is not the case with our company though. We promise that if you have an emergency in the middle of the night, we will have a plumber out to your home as soon as possible. We also promise that your phone call will not be ignored. If we do not answer on the first try please leave a message. Most likely the person simply stepped away for a moment and will be back in a few minutes to call you back.

When it comes to our emergency staff, we have many people always ready each night to work if something comes up. We try to make sure that at least two people are on call each night for any plumbing emergency. On top of this, if there happens to be many emergencies in one night, we are able to call up our back up late night staff as well. This is so someone is always available when you need them. Also, if you happen to have a very large problem or it is very specialized, we are able to call up some of our other technicians for extra help or guidance. All of our specialists know that working for our company may be a full day job. We want our workers available whenever a problem comes up.
